The Shoppes at Old Bridge is a regional shopping mall located in Old Bridge Township, New Jersey, on U.S. Route 9 and Texas Road, nearby the Route 18 freeway. It is an open-air lifestyle center with high-end stores and a selection of casual and sit-down dining establishments. Groundbreaking occurred in April 2006 and the mall opened in May 2007. Having over 100,000 square feet (9,300 m2) of retail space, The Shoppes at Old Bridge is owned by Stanbery Development, a Bexley, Ohio company.[1] The Shoppes at Old Bridge serves Middlesex and Monmouth Counties, as well as other parts of Central Jersey and even New York. The mall is located 8 miles (13 km) north of the Freehold Raceway Mall, which is also on Route 9.
